Cooperage Assistants · No. 3

Meet your Lead Radar.

Right now, a new inquiry can sit unanswered for days, and a deal that's gone quiet can just disappear from your radar. Your Lead Radar watches for both and flags them before they're gone for good. You just say yes.

The Cooperage Assistants

Four ways to stop things slipping through the cracks. Pick where to start.

What it actually does

It never sends or updates anything on its own. It just makes sure nothing goes cold.

Every day, it checks your inbox and whatever you track deals in, CRM, spreadsheet, or a plain list, for two things: a new inquiry nobody's replied to, and a deal that's gone quiet. When it finds one, it drafts a note and flags it for you. You read it, you fix anything you want, you send it or skip it. Either way, nothing goes out without you.

AI is cheap. Bad decisions are not.

How it works

Three steps. Running the same day.

1

Answer a few questions

About 3 minutes. Where new inquiries come in, what you track deals in, and how long is too long to go quiet.

2

Quick call together

15 minutes. We go over your answers side by side and you grant access the same way you'd let any app onto your Google, Microsoft, or CRM account.

3

It starts working

Same day. It checks daily and leaves drafts waiting for your okay. Nothing sends or updates on its own, ever.

The plain-English version

No jargon. Here's exactly what's happening.

🖥️ Where it lives

Your assistant runs on its own dedicated computer that we manage, not on your laptop or phone. It never slows your computer down and it's working around the clock, even when your machine is off.

🔑 You keep your keys

We never see or store your password. You grant access the same way you'd let any app onto your Google, Microsoft, or CRM account, and you can shut it off with one click, anytime, from your own account settings.

🧩 Works with what you already use

Attio, HubSpot, a plain spreadsheet, or nothing at all yet, it works with whatever you track leads and deals in today. No migration, no new dashboard to babysit.

📬 Skill Notes, every two weeks

A short, plain-English email every couple weeks telling you what it's picked up and improved. It'll also point out patterns worth automating next, like a source that keeps going cold, so you know what to add, if and when you want it.

The guardrails

It can't do anything you haven't approved.

This is built for business owners, not engineers. The whole point is that nothing risky can happen by accident.

  • It never sends a message or updates a deal on its own. Every draft waits for your yes.
  • It never touches pricing, contracts, refunds, or anything you flag as off-limits.
  • It never spends money, changes settings, or deletes anything in your CRM or inbox.
  • We never see or store your password, and you can revoke access in one click.
  • If anything looks off, it stops and tells you rather than guessing.
This is a starting point, not the finish line

Lead Radar does one job, on purpose. That's how it earns trust to do more.

It starts small so you can see exactly what it does before anything bigger comes into play. Once it's running, your Skill Notes will start surfacing real patterns, like a source that always goes cold or a deal stage that always stalls, and suggest which of the other Cooperage Assistants would actually help, based on your working style. Nothing gets added without you saying go.

Common questions

Things people ask before they set it up.

Do I need to know anything about AI or computers?

No. This is built for business owners, not engineers. If you can fill out a form and hop on a 15-minute call, you can set this up.

What if I don't use a CRM?

That's fine. It works with a plain spreadsheet, or even just your inbox, if that's how you track new business today. Tell us on the setup call and we'll build around what you actually use.

What's a VPS, and why does my assistant need one?

It's just a dedicated computer we manage on your behalf, running your assistant around the clock. Think of it as renting a small, always-on office for your assistant to work in, separate from your own laptop.

Do you see my emails or CRM data?

Your assistant reads what it needs to do its job, the same way any app does, but we don't keep a copy of your inbox or CRM anywhere. We never see or store your password, and you can revoke access anytime from your own account settings.

What if it drafts something wrong?

You just edit or delete the draft. Nothing sends or updates without you clicking send. And it actually gets better from those edits, so it happens less over time.

How much does it cost?

We'll go over pricing on the setup call once we know your inquiry and deal volume, but it starts as a simple monthly fee with no surprise charges. Ask on the call, or email hi@cooperage.works.

Can I turn it off?

Anytime, with one click, from your own account settings. There's nothing installed on your computer to uninstall.

Will you just start adding more automations without asking?

No. Lead Radar only does the one job described here. Your Skill Notes may point out a pattern worth automating next, but nothing new ever gets set up without a separate conversation and your okay first.

Let's get yours running

A few quick questions, about 3 minutes.

What's your business name?

Just so we can label things correctly on our end.

Best name and email for the setup call?

We'll go over your answers together before this goes live.

What do you track leads and deals in?

Whatever you actually use today, no wrong answer.

Where do new inquiries come in?

The address or place a new lead first shows up.

How long before a deal counts as "gone quiet"?

No reply, no movement, for this long, and it gets flagged.

How should nudges sound like you?

Select all that apply

This isn't a one-time setting. It keeps learning and getting closer to your real voice over time.

Anything this should never do?

Select all that apply

This always drafts for your approval, never sends or updates on its own, but tell us any hard lines anyway.

How do you want to hear how it's doing?

Select all that apply

It gets smarter every week it runs. Pick how you'd like that progress reported to you (Skill Notes go out every two weeks by default).
