What happens on the 30 minute call?
You talk, mostly. We ask what eats your week, look at where things actually stop moving, and pick one workflow worth putting an assistant on. If nothing is worth it, we say so and that is the end of it. You leave with a decision either way, not a pitch deck.
Do I need to know anything about AI first?
No. If you can describe how your week goes, you know enough. You bring the context about how the business runs, we bring the part about what AI can and cannot do, and you approve every step.
Where does my data live, and who can see it?
In your own accounts, on a machine we manage for you, or inside the tools you already pay for. You keep every login and credential. Spending, payroll, legal, and HR decisions are outside its reach entirely. The permissions we ask for are deliberately narrow: read and draft, never send.
Does this replace anyone on my team?
No. It takes the repeatable part of a role, not the person in it. It has one job, it drafts and recommends, and a human approves anything that leaves the building. That is the whole design, and it is why a first version can be trusted at all.
We already use AI, or a pile of tools. Can you still help?
Yes, and that is usually where the fastest wins are. A stack you already pay for is where the waste hides. We map what you have, keep what earns its place, cut or combine what does not, and add only where the return is obvious. Sometimes the answer is less, not more.
How is this different from hiring a consultant or an agency?
We sell no software and take no referral fees, so we have nothing to sell you except the verdict. We are not a marketing agency and we do not sell visibility. The work is fixed scope at a fixed fee, the same team from the first email to the last build, and the findings are yours whether you continue with us or not.
What if it doesn't work out?
Month to month. Cancel any time, and you keep every account, workflow, and credential. No contract to unwind and no fee for leaving. We would rather lose the fee than keep an agent that is not earning its place.
