The free month

One assistant. One month. Nothing to lose.

We put a named assistant on the one thing that slips in your business: the phone, the quotes, or the inquiry inbox. It catches what falls through and sends one short report a week on what it got and what it was worth. No software to buy, nothing to learn, and nothing goes out without your say so.

Why start here

An audit tells you where AI might fit. This shows you what it catches.

Most AI conversations end in a proposal. This one ends in a report on your own business: calls that went unanswered, quotes that went quiet, inquiries nobody followed up on, and what each one was worth.

It costs nothing for the first month. It either catches money or it does not, and you will know which inside four weeks.

AI is cheap. Bad decisions are not.

How it works

Three steps. About two weeks from first call to first report.

1

Pick the leak

30 minutes. We look at where work slips in your business and pick the one place a catch pays fastest: the phone, the quotes, or the inquiry inbox.

2

We turn it on

One setup: a forwarding rule, a phone setting, or a connection to a tool you already pay for. Nothing to install, nothing to learn, and no steady work on your side after that.

3

You get the report

Every Monday, one short email: what got caught, what it was worth, and what still needs you. If nothing slipped that week, the report says that too.

4

Decide from evidence

After the month you look at what it actually caught. Keep it on one flat fee, or walk away owing nothing.

Built to be safe

The first version drafts, summarizes, and recommends. It does not run loose.

Owner-led businesses do not need an autonomous agent emailing their clients on day one. They need help with the repetitive work, with a human still holding the pen.

  • No silent sending of emails or messages to customers.
  • No spending money, changing subscriptions, or touching payroll.
  • No legal, HR, or compliance decisions made without you.
  • Every outward step waits for your approval until trust is earned.
  • You keep access to every account, workflow, and credential.
Is it a fit

Honest about who this helps, and who it does not.

A good fit

  • Owner-led business, roughly 5 to 50 people
  • A team inside a larger company that runs its own operation
  • Uses Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Has repeatable admin, sales, or ops work
  • Owner is still in too many loops
  • Wants practical help, not an AI theater show

Not a fit right now

  • Wants fully autonomous AI acting on day one
  • Will not grant any workflow access
  • Wants custom software built for free
  • Heavily regulated first workflow (clinical, legal, finance filings)
  • Hoping AI replaces staff instead of clarifying work
  • Wants a company-wide rollout before one team has tried it
Common questions

Things people ask before they book.

What does the free month include?

One named assistant on one real workflow, setup included, reporting weekly on what it caught and what it was worth. It costs nothing for the first month, and there is nothing to cancel if it does not earn its place.

What happens after the free month?

If it caught money, one flat monthly fee keeps it running and turns on the other assistants. If it caught nothing, you pay nothing and it stops. The number is quoted on your call based on the workflows you keep, and it does not climb with usage.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. You bring how your business runs. We bring the setup. You approve everything that goes out, which at the start is everything.

What tools does it work with?

Usually Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, plus the phone line if the leak is missed calls. The point is to work inside what you already pay for, not add another system.

Is there a contract or a lock-in?

No. Month to month, cancel any time, and you keep every account and credential. Flat fee, no per-seat pricing, no usage meter, and no surprise invoices.

Does this work for a team inside a bigger company?

Yes. The pilot runs on one team workflow, with that team own tools and approvals. No company-wide rollout, no IT project, and nothing the rest of the company has to adopt.

How is this different from the Role Audit?

The free month puts one catching assistant to work on your real workflow. The Role Audit maps every role in the business and puts dollar figures on where AI fits. Most clients start with the free month, then take the Audit when they want the full picture.

30 minutes. No pitch. We pick one workflow that slips and run it free for a month. If it catches nothing, you owe nothing.
